Cancellation Policy
Please understand that it takes time to arrange our lessons to ensure they run on time and on schedule. To avoid a cancellation fee, all cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the lesson start time. Cancellations can be made either through SMS, email or by calling our office. A late cancellation fee will apply for all cancellation made less than 24 hours’ notice. No-shows will incur a fee.

Refund Policy
Lesson packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Drug & Alcohol Policy
We have a zero-tolerance policy for drugs and alcohol. If our Driving Instructors feel you are not fit to drive for any reason, the lesson will be terminated and the full fee will be forfeited.
